Shipping

Honeybee Lash Co. processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days, unless stated otherwise. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

A tracking number will be provided for all orders shipped. Honeybee Lash Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All orders are shipped Priority mail through USPS.

Return Policy

It is our main concern to assure that you are satisfied with all your products. If you are unhappy with any of your items you have purchased you may return them within 15 days after delivery for a full refund of the product (shipping cost excluded). Due to the nature of these products they must be unopened and unused and returned in the original packaging. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Honeybee Lash Co is not responsible for covering any of these shipping costs.

In the event that the product is defective or damaged, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any returns over 30 days cannot be returned and are non refundable.

Training courses are non refundable. In the event you are unable to attend your original course, you may transfer to a later date within 6 months.
