Shipping and Returns
Honeybee Lash Co. processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days, unless stated otherwise. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders shipped. Honeybee Lash Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
All orders are shipped Priority mail through USPS.
It is our main concern to assure that you are satisfied with all your products. If you are unhappy with any of your items you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund as long as the items are unopened and unused. Any item that have been opened or used cannot be returned. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Honeybee Lash Co is not responsible for covering any of these shipping costs.
In the event that the product is defective or damaged, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Any returns over 60 days cannot be returned and are non refundable. A return label will be provided.

Training courses are non refundable. In the event you are unable to attend your original course, you may transfer to a later date within 6 months.
